Our vision is to inspire, prepare and empower educators with the Art and Science of learning, teaching and leading so that they will, successfully, build healthy and safe learning environments where all children are valued, respected and supported to reach their full potential.
MISSION:
Our mission is to build an education ecosystem in India to help educators all across Asia and practice the Art and Science of learning, teaching, and leading.
Our education ecosystem comprises an Educational Training Institute, a Lab School, and a diversified Professional Learning Community to provide educators a complete support system to help them succeed. This exemplary model of educating the whole child with a focus on brain-based teaching and learning, growth mindset, and 21st Century Skills will promote the best practices in the field of Education and benefit children, educators, families, communities, researchers, and policy makers.
OUR GOAL IS TO:
- Train teachers, school leaders and parents in Asia in the best practices in education
- Create a Lab-School in collaboration with Notre Dame de Namur University, in California, USA where other teachers can observe best practices and researchers and other educators can study and publish what and how we teach
- Provide opportunities for our Indian Teachers to become mentors and master teachers
- Embed ongoing Parent Education in our school
- Be cognizant and respectful of our families and the communities whom and where we serve
- Influence policy makers to be mindful of the children for whom we are responsible as a society
